What's not included

ATTENTION: Schedules and visits DURING THE WEEK, with all processes: From 09:00 to 13:00.

Visitation without the casting process: From 13:30 to 16:30.

*Visitation without the casting process occurs due to the unavailability of shifts, which, in the case of crystal blowing, occurs between 05:00 and 13:00.

Times and visits on WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS: There is no casting process (live blowing process) on weekends, only a guided tour of the factory and museum.

⚠️ INSTRUCTIONS:

• The maximum number of visitors per tour is nine (09) visitors;
• Children under 12 must be accompanied, each adult can accompany up to two children.

❌ IT IS PROHIBITED TO:

• The participation of animals that are not in their guardian's lap;
• Visitation in inappropriate footwear (flip flops or sandals);
• Use of headphones;
• Use of musical instruments;
• Touch, interrupt, disturb, or invade areas not allowed to be visited;

The Factory is our place of work, visitors are not allowed to touch the pieces being made, in any area without being invited to play. The pieces are delicate, expensive and in case of breakage, the price will be charged.
